FAQ's Return/Exchange Policy TOP
At marshmallowdream.com, we are dedicated to choosing high
quality, luxury gifts from well-known manufacturers. If you are not
100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item with
tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable). To
obtain a Return Authorization, please contact customerservice@marshmallowdream.com
and include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and brief
explanation of the problem. If an exchange is desired, please include
detail. All returns are handled immediately. Upon inspection of the
returned item(s), we have the right of refusal if item has been worn,
damaged, etc. Monogrammed items are non-refundable. Please allow up to
30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement. The returned
